When can I book a ride with you
If you are booking for an airport run or busy travel period, it is best to book as soon as you have had the travel itinerary confirmed. Demand during peak seasons like holidays or events can book us out weeks in advance.
What happens if I change my schedule?
We will track your flight information and will adjust your pick-up/drop-off times to meet your needs in your airport transfers. In case of a schedule change, please let us know and our service can notify your chauffeur.
What type of vehicles and options do you have?
We have well-dressed experienced chauffeurs and have a fleet of luxury sedans, Yukon XL SUV, Cadillac Escalate ESV, Mercedes S-Class, Sprinter Party Van, Charter Buses, and Sprinter Vans. We can provide child seats or boosters if needed. It’s our standard to provide soft drinks, bottled water, and chilled Fiji water, at no extra cost.

What is your cancellation policy?
For all local transfers, we need at least 2 hours’ notice; otherwise, the full amount is non- refundable.
Do you provide ride service for events, like corporate events, weddings & proms?
Yes. We provide service for weddings, corporate functions, proms, casino trips, airport service, and excursions for nights out; we will get you where you need to be, for all events, we have the fleet and chauffeurs.
Can your drivers recommend things to do in Phoenix?

What is your minimum ride duration or service duration?
Normally the minimum is 2 hours; especially for hourly charter service like for airport run, city tours.
