I recently took a girls’ trip to Sedona and used Black Diamond for round trip transportation to and from the airport in Phoenix. I cannot recommend them enough! When I initially called to book, Moe was excellent. He actively listened to our group’s needs and made suggestions about timing and vehicle type. He was also very personable and responsive. One friend’s flight was delayed by over 2 hours en route to Phoenix, so the original pick-up time scheduled had to be pushed back. After sending a panicked email to Black Diamond on the plane, he got back to me in no time and said it was no problem! They were able to pick up the group 2 hours later than originally scheduled with absolutely no issues. Our drivers, Jeff and Dan, were both kind, courteous, professional, and, not only on time, but more than 10 minutes early! The car itself was luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable for our 5 person group and 2 hour ride. I will definitely be using them for future travel transportation needs. They exceeded our expectations, and were top notch from start to finish!
