1) Services

Black Diamond provides prearranged ground transportation and related services. Specific offerings, vehicle availability, and pricing may vary by location and time.

2) Reservations and Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate booking details (pickup address, time, passenger count, luggage, flight number, etc.). Additional charges or service issues may occur if details are inaccurate or incomplete.

3) Pricing, Fees, and Payment

  • Prices may include base fare and may exclude tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time, additional stops, gratuity, cleaning fees, or other surcharges unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We may require a deposit or full prepayment.

  • If a payment is declined, we may cancel or suspend the booking.

4) Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made [X hours] or more before scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund (minus non-refundable processing fees, if any).

  • Cancellations within [X hours] of pickup may be charged up to the full fare.

  • No-shows may be charged the full fare.

5) Wait Time, Delays, and Flight Tracking

  • Complimentary wait time (if any) and billable wait time will be communicated or applied per your booking terms.

  • For airport pickups, if you provide flight information, we may track flight status; however, you remain responsible for communicating changes when possible.

  • Traffic, weather, road closures, and events may cause delays. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6) Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Rules

Passengers must behave safely and respectfully. We may refuse service, end a trip, or charge fees for:

  • Unsafe or illegal conduct

  • Damage to vehicles

  • Excessive mess/spills/vomiting (cleaning fees may apply)

  • Smoking/vaping in vehicles (typically prohibited)

7) Luggage and Special Items

You are responsible for ensuring luggage and items fit safely. Notify us in advance for:

  • Oversized luggage

  • Car seats

  • Wheelchairs/mobility devices

  • Pets or service animals (service animals are accommodated as required by law)

8) Additional Stops and Changes

Route changes, extra stops, or time extensions may result in additional charges. Requests are subject to driver availability and safety.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Black Diamond is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed the amount paid for the ride giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

10) Lost and Found

We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Return delivery or recovery may incur a fee.

11) Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Black Diamond or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13) Governing Law and Disputes
